We provide professional website design and development services. Our base package ($299) includes:
Payment is required in full before work begins. We accept payment via Stripe. All prices are in USD. Add-on services are charged at the rates listed on our pricing page.
Timelines begin after payment is received and all required information is provided. Delays in providing requested information may extend delivery timelines.
One round of revisions is included in the base package. This includes reasonable changes to copy, layout, and design elements. Major scope changes or additional pages require separate payment. Revisions must be requested within 7 days of receiving the draft.
Upon full payment, you own all rights to the final website content, copy, and design. You are responsible for maintaining your own hosting and domain registration. We retain the right to display your project in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

Refunds are available within 3 days of payment if work has not yet started. Once the draft website is delivered, no refunds are provided. If you are unsatisfied with the final result after revisions, we will work with you to resolve concerns.
If you purchase the Year of Updates add-on ($1,200), you receive:
Unused monthly updates do not roll over to the next month.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for our services.
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. If you terminate after work has begun, you forfeit your payment. We may terminate and refund your payment if we cannot complete the project as specified.
